• Execute assigned engineering activities under established processes, standards, and technical guidance while demonstrating ownership of deliverables
• Communicate project status, technical findings, and recommendations clearly and proactively with stakeholders
• Independently manage assigned tasks and priorities while seeking guidance on complex technical challenges and critical decisions
• Identify, analyze, and communicate technical issues, risks, concerns, and improvement opportunities in a timely manner
