The General Manager develops and implements business strategies, monitors performance metrics, and drives revenue growth while maintaining high service quality and compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities also include building and nurturing client relationships, coordinating marketing initiatives, optimizing internal processes, and reporting on business performance to senior leadership.
