Role Description The Horticulture Supervisor & Garden Designer is a full-time, in office role based in Noida. This role oversees daily garden operations, including supervising gardening staff, planning maintenance schedules,



and ensuring high standards of plant health and garden aesthetics across residential and commercial sites. The individual will design garden layouts and green spaces, recommend suitable plants and materials, and coordinate installations for balconies, terraces, landscapes, and corporate projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include site visits, assessing soil and environmental conditions, implementing sustainable gardening practices, and monitoring irrigation, fertilization, and pest management. The role also involves liaising with customers, documenting work progress, maintaining inventory of plants and supplies, and collaborating with the operations team to deliver consistent, quality service.
Qualifications

• Strong horticulture and plant care knowledge, including soil management, irrigation practices, plant nutrition, and pest and disease control.
• Experience in garden and landscape design, with skills in layout planning, plant
