Role Description The Branch Manager – Affordable Housing is a full time, on-site role based in Firozabad. The individual will oversee branch operations, lead the team,



and ensure achievement of business targets for affordable housing loans while maintaining high service standards. Daily responsibilities include managing loan sourcing and processing, monitoring credit quality, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal compliance, and guiding staff on policies and customer service. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with customers, local partners, and community stakeholders to expand outreach in low and middle-income segments. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for performance management of branch team members, reporting key metrics to regional leadership, and driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in supervising branch or sales teams.
• Candidates should possess sound knowledge of retail lending or housing finance operations, including loan origination, underwriting basics, and portfolio monitoring.
