The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating high-value corporate partnerships, increasing retreat bookings, and leading strategic sales initiatives that contribute significantly to the organization's revenue.

Job Summary




The Senior Sales Manager – Corporate Sales & Business Development will lead the organization's B2B and corporate sales function by developing strategic partnerships, acquiring current business, and maximizing revenue opportunities. The role requires a highly motivated sales professional with excellent leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills, capable of handling key accounts and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Generate new business through corporate clients, hospitals, insurance companies, travel partners, wellness agencies, and institutional collaborations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, CHROs, Corporate Wellness Managers, and key decision-makers.
