Key Responsibilities:
A. Business Development & Client Acquisition
• Identify and approach leading developers, builders, architects, Hotels, handling residential and commercial projects.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers in developer organizations.
• Develop customized proposals and project-specific presentations to showcase Sunroof’s product offerings.

B. Sales Execution & Deal Closure
• Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation, negotiations, and technical presentations to contract closure.




• Drive bulk sales for projects ensuring profitability and alignment with business targets.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams for contract terms and payment milestones.

C. Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with the Design, Operations, and Installation teams to ensure seamless execution of project sales.
• Coordinate with Marketing for B2B campaigns, exhibitions, and trade fairs targeting developers.

D. Market Intelligence & Strategy
• Stay updated with real estate industry trends, competitor offerings, and government regulations influencing developer projects.
• Conduct detailed market research to identify recent growth opportunities in the projects segment.

E. Relationship Management
• Ensure post-sales engagement with developers for long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Address client escalations and ensure timely resolution through collaboration with internal teams.
