Job Description: Delegate Acquisition Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a confident, communication-driven Delegate Acquisition Executive to engage business professionals and key decision-makers through outbound calls and professional networking platforms. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy conversations, relationship-building, and working in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct high-volume outbound B2B calls to engage potential delegates and business stakeholders.
• Communicate event details, understand prospect interests, and encourage participation in relevant conferences.
• Connect with senior professionals and decision-makers across industries.
• Use LinkedIn and other professional networking platforms for outreach and engagement.
• Conduct data profiling, validate contact information, and maintain accurate prospect records.
• Address queries, follow up with prospects, and build professional relationships.
• Update and manage prospect information using CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Stay informed about industry trends,

Requirements
• Must be a graduate in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in any voice process, preferably in outbound calling.
• Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a core voice process, with a robust focus on high-volume outbound calling.
• Confident in engaging with business professionals and senior-level stakeholders.
• Strong persuasion, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
• Basic computer proficiency; familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment with a proactive, result-oriented approach.
• Willingness to travel across India for events and conferences, as required.
