Who we are
We are a small group of travel companies built around two passions: golf and Africa.
• Pierre Pienaar Finest Travel (Hamburg) runs hosted golf group trips worldwide and safaris in Eastern and Southern Africa for German clients and golf professionals.
• Finest Travel Africa (Johannesburg) is our own team on the ground: a destination management company that delivers high-end safari and golf trips for tour operators and travel agencies in Germany, the UK and the USA.
• Finest Links is our newest venture, selling UK golftrips to the global market.

The role
We are building a recent digital presence for all three companies: websites, partner areas, newsletters, LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. The architecture is being designed now. We are looking for the senior person who takes it over and brings it to life, and who owns it from day one.
This is not a classic designer role. You will design, write, publish and manage, using modern AI tools to work at a speed and quality that wasn’t possible a few years ago.



You will be the one person responsible for how our brands look and sound everywhere.
What you will do
• Own the brand and design system for all three companies, keeping them consistent where they share DNA and distinct where they serve different audiences.
• Create landing pages for the golf professionals who host our group trips, and turn our client offers into polished, on-brand documents.
• Run our content: newsletters, LinkedIn company pages, Instagram and Facebook, info-evening material, fact sheets and sample itineraries, in German and English.
• Build reusable templates so that a new Pro page or offer takes hours, not days.
• Brief and review our freelancers, including web developers, copywriters and ad specialists, and make sure everything they deliver meets our standard.
• Work with our in-house IT team on forms, newsletter lists and tracking, so that every piece of content connects to our CRM.
• Report monthly on what works: which channels bring in
