Responsibilities
• Lead complex, cross-functional projects and business change initiatives, preferably within the (re)insurance or financial services industry.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, assumptions and decisions (RAID).
• Coordinate multiple teams, workstreams and stakeholders across a complex matrix organization.
• Drive project governance, progress tracking, status reporting and timely decision-making.
• Identify delivery blockers, resolve issues and escalate risks with clear recommendations and solutions.
• Deliver business transformation, operational change and data-related initiatives effectively.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, facilitate discussions and ensure accountability across teams.
• Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and aligned with business objectives.

Skills




• 7+ years of experience in project management, leading complex projects and change initiatives.
• Robust hands-on experience in project planning, delivery management, milestone tracking, RAID management, governance and reporting.
• Life & Health reinsurance experience is highly preferred.
• Experience in (re)insurance, financial services, business transformation, operational change or data-driven initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies and competing priorities in a matrix organization.
• Proven ability to drive accountability and decisions without direct authority.
• Strong problem-solving, risk management and organizational skills.
• Project or change management certifications such as PMP, PROSCI or Scrum are an advantage.
