Role Description The Operations Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. This role supports daily operational activities, including order processing, documentation, and coordination between sales, warehouse, and logistics teams. The Operations Assistant helps track inventory, follow up on deliveries, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.



The role involves communicating with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve queries, ensure timely dispatches, and support after-sales service processes. The Operations Assistant also assists in preparing basic reports, monitoring operational workflows, and suggesting improvements for efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications

• Strong operations and operations management skills, with the ability to handle routine processes and support workflow coordination.
