Job Description: Ads and Performance Manager (Quick Commerce)
Job Title: Ads and Performance Manager (Quick Commerce)
Location: Mumbai and Gurgaon
Role Overview:
In this role, you will take ownership of our advertising campaigns on Quick Commerce platforms. You will be responsible for setting up, monitoring, and optimizing ad spend to
ensure maximum visibility and conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management: Design, execute, and manage targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor daily ad performance, adjust bids and budgets, and optimize campaigns to achieve target ROAS (Return on Ad Spend).
• Stakeholder Management: Drive win-win negotiations and build strong relationships with category marketing teams.
• Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and hooks tailored for Quick Commerce users.
• Competitor Benchmarking:
Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify new advertising opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Create comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile:
• Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing, E-commerce Ads, or Digital Marketing, preferably with exposure to Quick Commerce platforms.
• Skills: Robust analytical mindset with a deep understanding of digital advertising metrics (ROAS, CTR, Conversion Rate). Proficiency in platform-specific ad portals.
• Mindset: Detail-oriented, growth-oriented, and capable of managing budgets effectively. Curiosity to experiment and learn fast.
