Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will independently manage the company’s marketing function across online and offline channels. The role involves planning marketing activities, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, supporting sales and lead-generation initiatives, and ensuring consistent brand communication across all platforms.

As the sole member of the marketing department, the individual will be responsible for independently managing approved marketing initiatives from planning to execution, monitoring their effectiveness, while identifying new opportunities to strengthen brand visibility, generate business enquiries and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Planning & Execution
• Develop and maintain an annual and monthly marketing calendar covering all online and offline activities.
• Plan and coordinate ATL and BTL initiatives, including exhibitions, events, promotional campaigns,



branding activities and customer engagement programmes.
• Identify and recommend recent marketing activities aligned with business objectives, target markets and sales requirements.
• Coordinate the execution of approved initiatives, ensuring timely completion and adherence to approved budgets and achievement of defined campaign objectives.
• Track campaign progress and evaluate completed activities based on reach, enquiries, leads, cost and effectiveness, wherever applicable.

Vendor & Agency Management
• Identify and evaluate vendors and agencies for marketing activities proposed by the sales team and approved by the Director.
• Obtain and compare quotations, coordinate negotiations and facilitate vendor finalization as per company policies, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Manage external partners for digital marketing, creative development, printing, production, events and other marketing requirements.
