Position: GET Developer Trainee

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled GET Developer Trainee with strong programming fundamentals and problem-solving abilities to join our agile development team.
Knowledge Required:• Understanding of backend development using Python
• Knowledge of frontend development using React
• Strong understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (Mandatory)
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL preferred) including schema design, query optimization, and performance tuning
• Solid knowledge of OOP concepts and design patterns
• Familiarity with Git and team-oriented development workflows
• Exposure to desktop application development using Electron (Optional)
• Basic understanding of software development practices
• Knowledge of PLC programming using CODESYS and communication software for PLC integration (training will be provided)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
Key Responsibilities:• Work on data integration, transformation, and storage.
• Design and optimize SQL databases.
• Collaborate on system architecture and integration.
• Use Git for version control and team collaboration.
• Develop, integrate, and maintain software solutions.

Salary & Compensation• Freshers: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month, based on interview performance, technical knowledge, and skill set.
• Experienced Candidates: Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience are preferred. Salary will be determined based on relevant experience, technical expertise, and interview performance.
