Role Description The Bancassurance Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Thrissur, responsible for driving life insurance business through partnered bank branches. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with bank staff, providing product training, and supporting them in identifying and closing life insurance opportunities.



The specialist will meet customers referred by the bank, understand their financial protection needs, and recommend suitable life insurance solutions in line with regulatory and company guidelines. Daily responsibilities include achieving sales and revenue targets, managing pipeline and reporting, coordinating marketing activities within branches, and ensuring high standards of customer service and documentation. The role also requires close collaboration with internal teams for underwriting, policy issuance, and after-sales support.
