Role Description The Creative Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role is responsible for overseeing the creative vision for digital campaigns, guiding branding and design direction across web, social, and other digital channels.



The Creative Team Lead will manage and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team, assign and review work, and ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and client objectives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with marketing and strategy teams, translating client briefs into clear creative concepts, managing project timelines, and coordinating with developers and designers to produce cohesive, on-brand assets. The role also involves presenting concepts to internal stakeholders and clients, refining work based on feedback, and maintaining consistency of brand messaging across all campaigns.
