Role Description The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding Crio.Do’s presence among individual learners, colleges, and corporate partners. Day-to-day activities include researching and qualifying leads, reaching out through calls, emails, and meetings, and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel. The role involves managing key accounts, maintaining robust relationships,



and ensuring a smooth handover to internal teams for onboarding and delivery. The Executive will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to refine outreach strategies, gather feedback from prospects, and support revenue growth targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications

• Ability to drive New Business Development and Lead Generation through prospecting, outreach, and follow-ups.
• Strong Business understanding, with skills in opportunity identification and basic sales pipeline management.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.
• Competence in Account Management, with a focus on maintaining relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Relevant experience in sales or business development, preferably in edtech, SaaS, or training services.
