About the Role
Wcommerce is building India’s largest ecosystem for creators. As we scale our Creator Brand Store program, we’re looking for a high‑empathy, high‑ownership Customer Success Specialist who can deliver true white‑glove onboarding and ongoing support to top creators and premium Brand Owners.

What You’ll Do
• Handhold creators through the full onboarding journey — from launching their Creator Brand Store to first login.
• Build strong personal rapport with creators, influencers, and high‑value store owners (1K+ IG followers, paid upgrades, high sales).
• Provide proactive guidance, best practices, and growth support to help creators succeed on Wcommerce.
• Act as a trusted partner — available, responsive,



and invested in their long‑term success.
• Coordinate internally with catalog, operations, and product teams to ensure smooth creator experience.
• Track creator progress, identify blockers early, and drive them to consistent sales outcomes.

Who You Are
• 1 - 2 years in relevant role.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to connect deeply with creators.
• Patient, energetic, and comfortable with handholding users through new digital workflows.
• Robust ownership mindset — you treat creator success as your personal mission.
• Prior experience in customer success, creator management, or D2C onboarding is a plus.
