We are looking for a highly proactive Technical Recruiter to build talent pipelines for specialised technology products in semiconductor, silicon photonics, quantum security and cybersecurity.

The role requires robust talent-market mapping, niche sourcing and candidate qualification skills. You should be able to understand technical requirements, identify the right talent pools and present only relevant, interview-ready candidates to the technical panel.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand technical requirements and convert them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Conduct talent-market mapping to identify target companies, teams, skill pools and passive candidates.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean/X-ray searches,



referrals and other channels.
• Build pipelines for niche technical roles across cryptography/PQC, cybersecurity, security architecture, Linux, backend, FPGA, embedded systems and related technologies.
• Conduct thorough first-level screening to assess technical relevance, communication, career stability, compensation and availability.
• Identify genuine hands-on experience and avoid profiles that are primarily keyword-driven.
• Prepare concise candidate summaries and recommend suitable profiles to the hiring panel.
• Work closely with technical hiring managers, understand interview feedback, and continuously improve the talent pipeline.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular updates on pipeline and hiring progress.

What We Are Looking For

• 3 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in technical recruitment.
• Preference for candidates with corporate / in-house recruitment experi
