We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Scrum Master to lead Agile delivery across Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Backlog Refinement, and Retrospectives.
• Coach teams on Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate Salesforce development, configuration, testing, deployments, and releases.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Manage sprint progress, risks, dependencies, timelines, and multiple workstreams.
• Track delivery metrics and support DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Required Skills & Experience




• 10+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong experience as a Scrum Master leading Salesforce implementation and enhancement projects.
• Positive understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Salesforce development lifecycle.
• Robust knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe methodologies.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado or Gearset.
• Strong stakeholder management, backlog management, sprint planning, and release management skills.
• CSM, PSM, or equivalent certification preferred.
