Role Overview
As an Influencer Marketing Executive, you’ll run influencer campaigns from start to finish: shortlisting creators, closing deals, managing execution, and keeping clients and creators aligned until the content goes live.

Key Responsibilities
Creator Sourcing and Outreach
• Research and shortlist creators across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms based on brand fit, audience, and engagement.
• Reach out to creators and their managers, and build a robust, reliable creator network.

Negotiation and Deal Closure
• Negotiate rates, deliverables, usage rights, and timelines within campaign budgets.
• Finalize terms and keep creators happy to work with us again.

Campaign Execution
• Prepare briefs and share them with creators.
• Follow up on scripts and drafts, coordinate brand approvals,



and make sure content goes live on schedule.
• Handle product dispatch and resolve issues quickly.

Client Coordination and Reporting
• Share creator shortlists, campaign updates, and performance reports with clients.
• Take feedback from brands and turn it into clear next steps for creators.

Data Management
• Maintain creator databases, rate cards, and campaign trackers in Google Sheets.
• Log deliverables, live links, and payment status accurately for every campaign.

Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, or an agency role
• Proven ability to negotiate and close creator deals.
• Strong written and spoken communication in English and Hindi.
• Good understanding of the Instagram and YouTube creator ecosystems.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines independently.
