We're hiring: HR Manager — Construction & Real Estate

Not a generic HR role.
We need someone who has run HR inside a construction, EPC, or infrastructure company — not adapted it from IT, FMCG, or agency HR.
This means you've worked with:
• BOCW & CLRA compliance
• Labour licences and site registrations
• Contract labour and subcontractor payroll checks
• Multi-state statutory filings — PF, ESIC, TDS, PT
• Site mobilisation and manpower planning against project timelines
You'll own:
• HR strategy across corporate office, project sites, and our realty sales team
• Recruitment for engineering, technical, and site roles at mobilisation speed
• Policy, POSH, and compliance governance across all locations
• Payroll accuracy and audit-ready statutory documentation
You are NOT a fit if:
• Your HR background is entirely office-based, single-location
• You haven't handled labour law or site compliance before
• You're looking for a purely strategic/HRBP role with no operational ownership
You ARE a fit if:
• 3+ years core HR,
ideally in construction/EPC/real estate
• Comfortable with dashboards, MIS, and being the single point of accountability
• You can travel to project sites when needed
