Role Description The Admin & Operations Executive is a full-time, on-site role based at the Cohopers® coworking space in Bhubaneswar. This role is responsible for overseeing daily administrative and operational activities, including managing front-desk operations, coordinating bookings, handling member inquiries, and maintaining records and documentation.



The individual will ensure smooth functioning of the workspace by supervising office maintenance, coordinating with vendors, and supporting the team with general administrative assistance. The role also involves preparing basic reports, assisting in operational planning, and helping implement policies that improve efficiency and member satisfaction. The Admin & Operations Executive serves as a key point of contact for members, supporting a professional and welcoming environment.
