Role Description This is a full-time, in office Presales Specialist role based in Mumbai. The Presales Specialist will collaborate with sales, product, and consulting teams to understand client requirements, design solution approaches, and prepare tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
Responsibilities include creating proposals, responding to RFPs and RFIs, supporting sales pitches with domain insights, and articulating the business value of KGiSL’s BFSI and fintech solutions. The role involves engaging with prospective customers, clarifying technical and functional queries, gathering feedback to refine offerings, and contributing to go-to-market initiatives. The Presales Specialist will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of KGiSL products, industry trends, and competitive landscape to support strategic sales opportunities.
