About This Opportunity

About InComm Benefits: We build the technology behind benefits administration — the systems employers and employees depend on for things that matter in their lives. That means sensitive data, real money, and zero tolerance for "it works on my machine." Reliability, security, and operational excellence aren't aspirations here; they're standard practice.

In this role you'll lead a small team of software engineers who design and build APIs specifically for benefits administration. We need a player/coach who will focus on strong technical design reviews, delivery, the adoption of thoughtful Ai tooling and accountability. We need a software engineer with experience building AI-native products across the full software development lifecycle. This position reports to the VP of Software Engineering.
