Summary:


We are seeking a skilled Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across key platforms, with a primary focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads. This role is critical in driving brand visibility, lead generation, and revenue growth by leveraging data -driven strategies to maximize ROI. The ideal candidate will possess a robust command of self -serve ad platforms, campaign performance analysis, and optimization techniques, with experience supporting international or U.S. -based brands. Success in this role will directly impact our digital marketing effectiveness and overall business performance.




Responsibilities:


- Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to improve KPIs and ROI.

- Generate detailed performance reports and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.





- Stay updated on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging best practices in digital advertising.

- Collaborate with cross -functional teams to align ad strategies with broader marketing goals.


Requirements

Requirements:


- Proven experience with self -serve ad platforms, including Google Ads and Meta Ads.

- Robust understanding of campaign setup, optimization techniques, and performance reporting.

- Experience managing campaigns for international or U.S. -based brands is highly desirable.

- Basic knowledge of SEO principles is a plus.

- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools to track and communicate campaign success.
