Sr. Data Analyst, Business Insights

Job Functions:
• 4+ years of experience in Retail and Merchandising reporting
• Communicates with various levels of management including P&A; Managers, Leads,
other merchandising leaders, buyers, business analysts and planners.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and support
strategic planning and allocation initiatives.
• Understand business’ reporting requirements to develop and deliver reports to be
reviewed and confirmed by the Plano leader, buyers, and business analysts.
• Responsible for executing weekly reporting on various reporting platforms using tools and
systems such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI & Python.
• Utilize data visualization techniques to communicate actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards for tracking key performance
