Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Intern role based in Gurugram, with flexibility for some work from home. The intern will support learning and content initiatives across Adda Education’s platforms by assisting with research, data collection, and preparation of learning materials. Daily responsibilities may include coordinating with cross-functional teams,



organizing resources, updating databases, and supporting ongoing projects in test prep, upskilling, or career readiness. The role may also involve basic documentation, reporting, and communication tasks to ensure smooth execution of educational programs. The intern will be expected to learn quickly, take ownership of assigned tasks, and contribute ideas to improve learner experience.
Qualifications

• Solid written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
• Basic research, data analysis, and documentation skills to support content and project activities.
• Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Comfort with digital tools and platforms (e.g., MS Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with online learning platforms is a plus).
