Role Description The Human Resources Manager at HiveRift Softwares will oversee end-to-end HR activities, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Delhi, India and involves partnering with leadership to design and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support organizational goals.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, conducting interviews, coordinating orientation and training, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company standards. The Human Resources Manager will handle employee engagement initiatives, address workplace concerns, support conflict resolution, and maintain accurate HR records and documentation. The role also includes developing compensation and benefits frameworks, monitoring HR metrics, and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
