Carbotec India is expanding its Sales & Marketing team and is looking for dynamic, customer-focused professionals from the Carbide Cutting Tools Industry to join us.

Position: Sales & Application Engineer / Senior Engineer Business Line: Carbide Cutting Tools

Qualifications
✅ BE (Mechanical Engineering) / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering

Experience
✅ 3 to 8 years of experience in the Carbide Cutting Tools industry

Compensation
? Salary Package: ₹40,000 to ₹1,00,000 per month (based on experience and expertise)
✅ Attractive compensation with a minimum 10% to 15% hike on current salary for deserving candidates

Key Responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of carbide cutting tools and CNC machining operations such as:
• Turning
• Milling
• Grooving
• Drilling
• Threading
• Reaming
• Expertise in Tool Management Systems
• Conducting product trials, tool introductions, and complaint resolution




• Collaborating with development teams for new tool validation and prove-out activities
• Improving machining productivity through optimized tooling solutions
• Selecting appropriate grades and cutting parameters for various workpiece materials
• Providing cost-effective solutions and reducing cost per component
• Troubleshooting machining and metal-cutting challenges
• Working closely with PED and NPD teams to support customer requirements and new product development

Candidates with experience in any one of the following organizations, or similar companies in the carbide cutting tools industry, will be preferred:
• Sandvik
• Walter
• Tungaloy / TaeguTec
• Kyocera
• Mitsubishi Materials
• Kennametal

Experienced candidates with solid customer relationships and market exposure will be given preference and offered attractive compensation packages.
