Role Overview
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is eager to learn about paid media campaigns, digital analytics, and content performance optimization. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Display Network (GDN), along with opportunities to work closely with creative and strategy teams in a quick-paced agency environment.





Key Responsibilities
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Display Network.
• Track campaign performance and help prepare reports using Excel and Google Sheets.
• Support the team in monitoring media budgets, campaign pacing, and spend allocation.
• Analyse social media content performance and identify trends, audience preferences, and engagement patterns.
• Research emerging digital trends, platform updates, and new content formats across Instagram, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to share insights on content performance and suggest areas for improvement.
• Assist in developing media strategies aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
• Support the team in day-to-day campaign management and performance reporting.
