Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Gifting Executive to manage end-to-end global gifting operations from sourcing and branding to logistics and on-ground delivery. This role is critical in ensuring our clients receive premium, timely, and brand-aligned gifting solutions across international events and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities

Global Sourcing & Vendor Management
• Source high-quality, cutting-edge, and sustainable corporate gifting items from India, USA, Europe, and other global markets
• Identify and onboard reliable international vendors and manufacturers
• Negotiate pricing, MOQs, timelines,



and contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality standards
• Maintain an updated global vendor and product database

Branding & Customization
• Coordinate branding, customization, and packaging of gifting items as per client brand guidelines
• Work closely with internal design teams and external vendors to ensure accurate logo placement, finishes, and premium look & feel
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and international regulations

Logistics & Global Delivery
• Manage international shipping, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery for events and exhibitions
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, courier partners, and on-ground teams in the USA and Europe
• Ensure timely delivery aligned with event schedules and installation timelines
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or logistical challenges
