About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to help our social media company grow by acquiring new clients and building strong business relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients who require social media management, digital marketing, branding, and content creation services.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Instagram, cold calling, networking, and other platforms.
- Pitch company services to potential clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution.
- Achieve business development targets and contribute to company growth.

Requirements
- Positive communication, negotiation,



and convincing skills.
- Experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing is preferred.
- Ability to generate leads independently and close deals.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working remotely.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply.

Compensation Structure
- Commission-Based Earnings: No fixed salary or monthly stipend.
- Commission will be paid on successfully converted clients as per the company's commission structure.
- Higher client acquisition and sales performance can lead to higher earnings.
- Work independently from anywhere with a flexible schedule.
