Role Description
The Marketing Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client engagement for Home Service Secret Shopper. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and managing digital campaigns, overseeing social media presence, optimizing website content, and coordinating email marketing initiatives. The role also involves analyzing marketing performance metrics, refining campaigns based on data,



and collaborating with leadership to align marketing efforts with business goals. The Marketing Manager will manage external vendors or freelancers as needed and ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across all channels.

Qualifications
• Experience in marketing strategy and campaign management, including digital and content-focused initiatives.
• Robust skills in social media management, email marketing, and basic marketing analytics tools.
• Ability to create and refine marketing copy for web, email, and social channels, with attention to brand voice and clarity.
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation platforms, and comfort working with performance dashboards and reports.
