Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CS Trainee to join our team. The candidate will gain practical exposure to corporate secretarial work, statutory compliance, and company law procedures under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in company incorporation and registration procedures.
- Support ROC (Registrar of Companies) filings and statutory compliance.
- Assist in drafting board resolutions, minutes, notices, and other secretarial documents.
- Maintain statutory registers and company records.
- Assist with annual filings and other MCA-related compliances.
- Support documentation for changes in directors, shareholding, and registered office.
- Conduct basic research on the Companies Act, 2013, and applicable rules.
- Coordinate with clients for documents, signatures,



and compliance requirements.
- Maintain proper records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Eligibility Criteria
- CS Executive or CS Professional student eligible for practical training, as applicable.
- Basic knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013, and corporate law.
- Positive communication and drafting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email.
- Attention to detail, willingness to learn, and a professional attitude.
