Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior MSBI Developer with extensive experience in Azure Power BI and MSBI development. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in data analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions that meet business needs.
Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement business intelligence solutions using Azure Power BI and MSBI tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Create and maintain data models, reports, and dashboards in Azure Power BI.
• Optimize existing reports and dashboards for performance and usability.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy through rigorous testing and validation processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence and data analytics.
• Participate in project planning and status meetings, providing updates on progress and challenges.
Mandatory Skills
• Strong expertise in Azure Power BI is a deal breaker.
• Proficient in MSBI tools including SSIS, SSRS, and SSAS.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience with SQL Server and T-SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Ability to create complex DAX queries and measures in Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Azure Data Factory and Azure SQL Database.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data solutions and architectures.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
• Experience in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
