We're hiring an Entrepreneur in Residence to build hotels, and to own a share of them.

Skyra Hospitality, our develop-and-own platform, has eight target markets: Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Kanchipuram, Puducherry, Coonoor, Jaipur and Udaipur. We have the capital structure, the brand relationships at ITC, IHCL and Marriott, and a team that sits only on the owner's side of the table.

We need one person to turn those markets into signed, funded hotels.

The role
- Find and secure sites, and structure each deal
- Take projects from brand selection to a signed agreement
- Present the investment case to our investment committee

You bring
- 8–12 years in hotel development, hospitality investing or hotel advisory
- At least one hotel deal you closed yourself

You get
- Competitive fixed pay plus variable
- An economic interest in every project you originate and close
- A path to Head of Development or project CEO within 24 months
