Job Title: Intern – Financial Analyst
Duration: 3–6 months (temporary internship)

Job Overview:
· Support the investment, fund-raise and asset management teams with financial analysis, modelling and research across NovumLake’s commercial real estate portfolio and AIF schemes
· Gain hands-on exposure to real estate private equity – from deal underwriting to investor relations – working within a small, entrepreneurial team
· The ideal candidate should possess an exceptional academic track record, strong analytical and Excel skills, and a keen interest in real estate and alternative investments

Key Responsibilities:
· Financial Analysis & Modelling
o Build and maintain financial models (cash flows, IRR, sensitivity / scenario analysis) for potential acquisitions and existing assets
o Assist in underwriting office assets – rent rolls, lease analysis, capex budgets and market comparables
· Research




o Research office micro-markets – rental and capital value trends, supply pipeline and recent transactions
o Track developments in the AIF industry, including regulations, peer funds and products
Essential Attributes:
· Exceptional academic track record – consistently top-ranking scores through school, graduation and post-graduation (please share your scores / ranks with your application)
· Pursuing or recently completed MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA (any level), or a Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Engineering or a related field
· Solid proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint; prior financial modelling experience is a plus
· Sound understanding of corporate finance and valuation concepts (DCF, IRR, NPV)
· Keen interest in real estate, private equity and alternative investments
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
