Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive with strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting outbound sales calls, and converting potential clients for website development, digital marketing, and software development solutions.

This role is suitable for professionals with at least 1 year of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation. Freshers will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate new business leads through cold calling, outbound calls, and other outreach channels.
* Pitch website development, digital marketing, and non-SaaS software solutions to potential clients.
* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services and solutions.




* Follow up with prospects, handle objections, negotiate, and convert leads into business opportunities.
* Maintain accurate lead, prospect, and client information in the CRM system.
* Build and maintain robust client relationships to support business growth.
* Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue generation.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handover and execution.
* Track sales activities, follow-ups, and conversion performance.

Skills and Requirements

* Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
* Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
