Job Summary
To lead the Hindi department ensuring effective curriculum delivery, quality teaching, academic excellence, and compliance with CBSE guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum planning and implementation as per CBSE guidelines.

• Supervise, mentor, and support Hindi teachers across all grades.

• Monitor lesson plans, syllabus completion, classroom teaching, and student progress.

• Coordinate assessments, question paper setting, result analysis, and remedial measures.

• Guide teachers in preparing students for CBSE Board examinations.

• Organise Hindi literary activities, competitions, and language enrichment programmes.





• Maintain academic records and collaborate with school leadership and parents as required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Hindi from a recognised university.

• B.Ed. from a recognised institution.

• CTET/STET, where applicable.

Experience

• 5–10 years of teaching experience

• 2–3 years of experience in academic coordination or departmental leadership preferred.

Required Skills

• Excellent command of Hindi language and literature.

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Positive understanding of CBSE curriculum and assessment practices.

• Ability to mentor teachers and improve student learning outcomes.
