What You’ll Learn & Own

• Research before you reach out





You’ll learn how to understand a company before picking up the phone. This means using LinkedIn, company websites, recent news, and other sources to figure out who you’re speaking to and what matters to their business.

• Start conversations with decision-makers

A big part of the role is cold calling and speaking with CFOs, CTOs, founders, and other senior stakeholders. You’ll learn how to open conversations, ask the right questions, and keep people engaged.

• Sell the problem, not just the product

Positive sales isn’t about delivering a product pitch. You’ll learn how to understand what a prospect is trying to solve and tell a relevant story around how our solution can help.

• Take prospects forward

You’ll be responsible for consistent follow-ups and for getting the information needed to progress opportunities, including consumption reports and other relevant business details.
