Role Description The Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Trainer will design and deliver high-quality training programs on Workday HCM fundamentals, integrations, reporting, and payroll to learners at AT ApSa Tech. This full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad involves preparing structured training materials, conducting classroom and lab sessions,



and guiding learners through practical exercises and real-world use cases. The trainer will assess learner progress, provide feedback, and support interview preparation through mock sessions and coaching. The role also includes updating content based on Workday feature releases, collaborating with the training team to improve curricula, and contributing to orientation sessions for prospective learners. The trainer is expected to maintain a professional learning environment and help participants build relevant skills for Workday-related roles.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM modules, including core HR, payroll, reporting, and basic integrations, with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Experience in designing and delivering structured training programs or corporate workshops, preferably in HR technology or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom facilitation skills,
