Realtimate Labs is building next-generation technology to modernize the real estate
ecosystem—from streamlined digital workflows and documentation to end-to-end property
lifecycle management.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, high-agency MBA Intern to spearhead outbound growth
and market visibility for our Property Management solution. In this role, you will sit at the
intersection of B2B sales outreach and B2B content marketing. You will identify, engage, and
qualify prospective Property Management Companies (PMCs), independent property managers,
and large asset operators, while establishing Realtimate as the go-to thought leader across
qualified digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

1. B2B Lead Generation & Outbound Sales (60%)

Prospecting & Pipeline Building: Identify, research, and map Property Management
Companies (PMCs), facility managers, co-living/co-working operators, and real estate
developer leasing teams across target micro-markets in Bengaluru and tier-1 Indian
metros.
Direct Outreach & Cold Calling: Execute outbound cadences across phone,
WhatsApp,



and email to initiate conversations with key decision-makers (Founders,
Managing Directors, Operations Heads).
Pitching & Qualification: Pitch the core value proposition of our property management
solution (tenant onboarding, inspection tracking, automated collections, vendor
coordination, digital documentation).
Demo Scheduling: Qualify high-intent accounts and set up product
walkthroughs/demos for the leadership team.
CRM & Funnel Tracking: Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene, track call-to-conversion
metrics, and log objections to help refine the sales playbook.

2. Social Media & B2B Content Marketing (40%)

Targeted Channel Strategy: Drive and execute Realtimate’s presence on LinkedIn,
Instagram and Twitter/X, focusing specifically on property managers, commercial real
estate professionals, and real estate tech audiences.
Content Creation: Produce insightful, punchy content highlighting commo
