• Long service awards: Own the end-to-end experience of celebrating employee milestones. Manage hamper ordering and delivery so every employee receives their recognition on their work anniversary, and craft creatives that bring these Moments That Matter to life
• Monthly people and culture townhall: Partner with the team to shape and deliver a townhall that informs, connects, and energizes employees across the organization
• Employee engagement: Help design and roll out engagement initiatives in Bangalore that strengthen belonging and a vibrant workplace culture
• Health and wellness programs: Bring fresh energy to our health and wellness programs
