The Role

We are looking for an experienced,



well-connected Business Development Executive of atleast 10 years who can bring qualified clients to TCL and help convert business opportunities into paying consulting engagements.

This is a commission-only opportunity with additional performance-based incentives. It is best suited for a self-driven business development skilled who understands the sustainability industry and already has relevant industry relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach and acquire clients for TCL's ESG and sustainability consulting services.
- Leverage existing professional networks to generate qualified business opportunities.
- Build relationships with founders, CEOs, CFOs, sustainability heads, ESG managers and compliance leaders.
- Generate qualified leads, arrange meetings, develop proposals in coordination with the TCL team, and help close deals.
- Identify opportunities among manufacturers, exporters, logistics companies, suppliers, MSMEs and growing enterprises.
