Role Description This is a full-time, in office Service Manager role based in Mumbai. The Service Manager will oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of ozone generation systems, oxygen concentrators, and air dryers at customer locations. Responsibilities include managing service schedules, coordinating a team of service technicians, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The role involves diagnosing equipment problems, recommending corrective actions,



maintaining service documentation, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Service Manager will also collaborate with sales and operations teams to support pre- and post-sales activities, handle escalations, and drive continuous improvement in service processes.
Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment, preferably ozone systems, oxygen concentrators, air dryers, or related water and air purification technologies.
• Experience in service management, including team supervision, field service coordination, and workflow planning.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, interpret technical manuals, and implement preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Proficient in customer relationship management, with skills in communication, problem-solving, and handling escalations.
