Role: Outbound Sales Development Representative (Lead Generation & Prospecting)

About the Role:
We are looking for an analytical, proactive Sales Development Representative to own the top of our outbound sales funnel. In this role, you will be responsible for scouting high-fit prospective accounts, enriching contact data, writing tailored cold outreach campaigns, and scheduling qualified discovery calls.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build targeted lead lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and secondary platforms (including Upwork for specific client opportunities).
- Verify and enrich prospect contact information, maintaining clean pipeline hygiene in HubSpot CRM.
- Craft highly personalized multi-channel outreach messages (LinkedIn InMail, email sequences, and direct touchpoints).
- Manage outbound message inboxes, address initial inquiries, handle objections, and secure qualified calendar bookings.




- Conduct initial qualification/discovery chats (or hand off warm bookings directly to sales leadership).
- Track outreach metrics (open rates, reply rates, meetings booked) and iterate on messaging angles.

Requirements:
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in B2B outbound lead generation or sales development.
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (Boolean search, account mapping, custom alerts).
- Robust proficiency with Apollo.io (list extraction, sequence building, email verification).
- Day-to-day proficiency with HubSpot CRM (pipeline management, contact logging, meeting links).
- Excellent written English with a knack for conversational, relevant outreach that avoids generic copy-paste templates.
- Solid organizational skills and disciplined follow-up habits.
