Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Executive Intern to support the growth of Acadyn Labs and Worxley. You will research potential customers, identify business opportunities, understand customer requirements, and help build a robust pipeline of prospective clients for our software services and SaaS products.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential customers for custom software development, web applications, and business automation services.
• Identify businesses that could benefit from Worxley's CRM and sales pipeline management platform.
• Research target industries, companies, and key decision-makers, including founders, CEOs, and department heads.
• Build and maintain a qualified database of prospects using LinkedIn, Google Search,



company websites, and other research tools.
• Initiate contact with potential customers through personalised emails, LinkedIn messages, and other professional channels.
• Communicate our services and products clearly to prospective customers.
• Identify customer needs, understand business challenges, and assess potential opportunities.
• Follow up with prospects, maintain communication records, and update lead statuses in Worxley CRM.
• Schedule introductory meetings and product demonstrations with interested prospects.
• Monitor outreach performance, maintain reports, and share insights to improve business development efforts.
• Research competitors, target markets, and potential partnership opportunities.
