Key responsibilities :
• Develop strategic and cost-effective media plans based on client briefs, budgets, target audiences, and campaign objectives.
• Source competitive media inventory and quotations from ooh, transit media, and advertising vendors across pan india.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, credit terms, and commercial agreements to optimize costs and improve campaign profitability.
• Build and maintain solid vendor relationships and expand the pan india media vendor network.
• Prepare media plans, costing sheets, quotations, budget comparisons, and profitability reports.
• Coordinate with sales, acquisition, and operations teams to ensure smooth campaign planning and execution.
• Research market trends, pricing benchmarks,



and emerging advertising formats to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain vendor databases, media inventory records, and commercial documentation while supporting initiatives such as buzzomniai.

Requirements & qualifications
• 2–5 years of experience in media buying, media planning, ooh advertising, or transit media.
• An established pan india media vendor network is essential.
• Strong commercial negotiation, vendor management, and cost optimization skills.
• Good understanding of media markets, advertising formats, and campaign costing.
• Proficiency in microsoft excel and google sheets.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work within tight deadlines.
