About the RoleJuggle Enterprises is looking for a confident and highly communicative Business Development Intern to support our customer acquisition and outbound sales activities.
This is primarily an outbound business development and cold-calling role. The intern will be responsible for identifying potential businesses, researching decision-makers, contacting prospects regularly, understanding their requirements and generating qualified opportunities for Juggle Enterprises.
The role will involve cold calling on a daily and regular basis, so candidates must be comfortable initiating conversations with new businesses and business owners.
Key Responsibilities• Research and identify potential businesses that could require Juggle’s digital marketing, lead generation, website, CRM or automation services.
• Build and continuously expand the prospect database using Google, Google Maps, LinkedIn,



Instagram and other online sources.
• Consistently identify and add approximately 30–40 new business prospects to the sales pipeline through research and outreach.
• Conduct outbound cold calls every working day to prospective businesses.
• Speak with business owners, founders, managers and other decision-makers.
• Introduce Juggle Enterprises and communicate our services clearly and professionally.
• Understand the prospect’s current business, marketing challenges and requirements.
• Identify interested and relevant prospects and schedule meetings with the Juggle team.
• Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp and other approved communication channels.
• Reconnect with older leads and prospects who previously showed interest.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, lead status, follow-ups and next actions in the company CRM or tracker.
