Pre-Sales Officer – Real Estate
Location: Mumbai (Candidates from Mumbai only may apply)
About The Role
At L&T; Realty, the Pre-Sales Officer is responsible for managing leads from various sources, engaging with potential customers, and generating quality walk-ins for our real estate projects. This is an individual contributor role that requires excellent communication, customer engagement, and lead conversion skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle and manage incoming leads through calls, emails, and digital channels, ensuring prompt follow-up and engagement.
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule site visits for prospective buyers.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with leads, updating CRM systems and ensuring seamless lead management.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to stay updated on project details, pricing, and inventory availability.
• Enhance customer experience by providing relevant information and addressing queries effectively.
• Implement best practices for lead nurturing to improve conversion rates.
• Support periodic call quality analysis to improve interactions with prospects.
Requirements
• Experience: 2+ years in Pre-Sales, Telecalling, or Lead Management in Real Estate, Aviation, or Hospitality industries.
• Education: Full-time Graduate or above.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and result-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
• Knowledge of cloud telephony and dialer systems is a plus.
